My VN mPOWER QT is still sending the "INVALID PASSWORD" error
message when I attempt to unpack VOOKSHARE downloads from the
flash drive onto my flash disk. Until last Sunday, the password
had permitted access for three years. I have unsuccessfully
performed all resets including the service one, and the BOOKSHARE
staff hasn't responded to my request for assistance. As always,
all your thoughts, comments, and ideas will be greatly welcomed
and appreciated!
