This is Jospeh. This issue has been discussed before. Are you using a Belkin Bluetooth adapter? Make sure that the driver for that particular adapter is turned off. For technical convenience, use Microsoft's own Bluetooth driver. If you search the March and April archive, you'll be able to find it.
