This is Jospeh. This issue has been discussed before. Are you using a Belkin
Bluetooth adapter? Make sure that the driver for that particular adapter is
turned off. For technical convenience, use Microsoft's own Bluetooth driver.
If you search the March and April archive, you'll be able to find it.

Subject: [Braillenote] BN BlueTooth Question

I'm trying to active sync my BN mPower with my PC via ghlueTooth.
I have a partnership set up, and I have the proper com port checked under
connection settings in Active Sync. But when I look at the properties of my
device partnership on my PC, there is nothing listed for services available.
So in essence I have a BlueTooth partnership that will not let me do
anything. I have Active Sync set as the service I want on the BN side. Any
pointers on what I need to do to my computer?

Thanks,
Dave
