Here's what I finally did to resolve the frustrating BOOKSHARE
unpacking lockup! Each time my password was denied, I performed
a standard reset using only the RESET button. After about five
minutes of nonstop repitition, the unit inexplicably unlocked
itself, and it has been flawlessly unpacking BOOKSHARE downloads
into the designated folder for a couple of trouble free hours.
This totally erratic behavior strongly supports my fundamental
belief that all HUMANWARE family members habitually suffer from
chronic PMS!
