Hi Louis, doing exactly this on the BrailleNote works for me. have you given it a try? The one thing I do notice is that the port number appears not to be saved with the favourite though. But if you enter the URL manually, it seems to work.

I was wondering how would I go about accessing a Web Site on any BrailleNote that was not hosted on the standard port of 80? For example, the URL I enter on Internet Explorer is http://www.braillesoft.dyndns.org:79 and it works from everywhere. I can't host it on the standard port of 80 because that's where my FTP site resides. Any suggestions would be great! ________________________________________ PeoplePC Online A better way to Internet http://www.peoplepc.com ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
