Hi Steph, I can't explain why the page to obtain a paid account gave you a not found error, perhaps it was a temporary glitch at the Live Journal end, but a paid account is definitely the best way to go. Once you set up a paid account, you can establish an e-mail address with Live Journal, that includes your user name and a PIN. You can then post nice long messages to your Journal from your BrailleNote using KeyMail. Or, you can write your journal posts in keyWord and insert them into a KeyMail document.
