[Braillenote] Saving a document

Hello all, I'm using the bn to do home work on. When my teacher sees the 
document on the pc or when she's trying to emboss it, the characters drop 
off. We are working with the Ducks Barry braille translater. Question is, 
how do I save a document that is readable, ans so that the characters 
doesn't drop off. Oh, and the embosser is the Everess.
