Ottawa Canada Dear Keao:
Not sure what you mean by characters dropping off from your document. Question: Does the document read correctly on your BrailleNote? If it does and the characters vanish when your teacher tries to read the file on the PC, then the problem may be on the PC. Is your document a Braille file? If it is, and the teacher wants to read it as ink print text and is running it through the Duxbury Braille Translator on the PC, then the problem may be with Duxbury. If the problem were only occurring when you went to emboss the file, then it would be something between the Everest and whatever is sending it the document. A bit more detail as to just where the problem is occurring will help folks on the list diagnose your problem. Good luck and hope to hear from you soon.
