That will be great. Thanks a lot. How about fixing how the Braille display goes blank several sentences before the end of a document while speech reads it? This really gets annoying as one tries to proof read.

KS release?

Hi Alex, couldn't agree more. There will be a maintenance update
coming
for KeySoft 7.0 in the near future. This has no new features,
but is
entirely dedicated to addressing issues identified by users. The
Planner
alarm one and the downloading issue are issues we expect to
address in
this release.

[Braillenote] Planner fix in patch instead of next KS release?

Hi HW,

I have read the post about the planner/alarm problems being
fixed. When this is complete, could you not wait for another
year and the next KS release, but instead release this as a
patch? It seems unfair to pay for a fix to a feature you expect
to work already. It is like buying a TV that has no sound, and
the company saying, "Oh, well, sorry. Pay us and we will give
you that basic feature". Not to say that HW is unfair in their
products, it is just that people expect the alarms to work, and
should not have to pay to have that basic expectation met. You
market the BN's as having a planner with alarms, so anyone
expects to have said alarms.

Sorry for going on, and on, and on about this. For what it is
worth, I feel better now that I have sent this email.

Alex
