have you installed keysync? that is needed to sync your planner and address
list with outlook

Subject: [Braillenote] Problem Synchronizing BN and PC
Good evening,
Today I installed Active Sync and continued through the process where my
computer said it was synchronized. Nothing changed on the Braillenote. I
don't know if I missed a checkmark so I went through it all over again and
the same the PC says synchronized.
This evening I went to the Braillenote Utility menu and tried
synchronizing
from there and got this error:
The virtual circuit was reset by the remote side.
The Braillenote has been working very well and this is the first item that
I
have not been able to work out on my own by reading the manual or help
button.
Also how do I make sure all the information in my address book gets
synchronized?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
