Hi all,
So? This seems to be a mouthful of generalities. Which
organizations? Which products?
If they had said we're complaining against X, Y, and Z because they
Don't A, they B and they will not C. Then, I'd get excited. This is
just a gentle slap on the wrist for an unknown company. It's sort of
like that old saw of Tom Lehr's where the guy says:
I got a letter in my mailbox the other day that was extremely
disturbing. The letter said, "Darling I love you, if you will not
marry me, I will kill myself." Well, I was quite disturbed about it
until I looked at the envelope. It was addressed to Occupant.
This organization better actually say something before I'll get revved
up Richard. Yes, they have an important name, but if they can only
make pink, puffy cotton candy, resolutions, it will not help either
the companies to improve, or their buyers to get better service.
