Hi, Denise, If you are receiving WP files, ask the people to send them as WP 5.1. If they are sending you Word (yuck) documents, ask them to send them to you as Word 2000 or Rich Text format.
As you can tell by my post, I detest Word. As for html files, save the html attachment in a folder and read it using Keyweb. I totally agree the BN should be able to read all of those files.
