Hi all,

Joshua, I'll try to answer your questions.

You don't mention GPS here. The only reason to order from Sendero is
if you want the GPS. Otherwise order from Humanware.

Humanware probably doesn't have online ordering because it is easier
to talk about purchasing an item which costs thousands of dollars on
the phone. You can still use your credit card. If you want to order
online because you cannot use the phone effectively, I believe they
have TDD access. Or you can call via relay.

You would get the same level of support for the BN from Humanware, but
again, only buy from Sendero if you are interested in the GPS
software. That's why they sell the Human ware products, to go with
the GPS.

This again is a sticky question, Joshua because you do not mention the
GPS here. Humanware gives a one year warrantee which can be extended
for a price. I believe the GPS from Sendero is also under warrantee
for a year.

Again, yes, yes and yes, because you only purchase from Sendero if you
plan to buy the GPS software. If you just want the BN, then go to
Humanware.

I believe you have to purchase the item/items upfront and the whole
price must be given.
