Hi Rhonda;
Thanks for the steps.
Did they take away the feature where we could just put the item in notes. That
made it easy when you only had one item in a day?

Hi Terry:
Those particular commands were for the QT, but here are the BT
commands.

If you are in the Main Menu, press P. Press O to open the
Planner.
  1. At your "date" prompt, you can write it in, for example, 4
10 06.
  2. Press dots 2-6 chord. You will see, "appointment time"?
  3. You can write it in like 1030a or 1030p. Press Enter.
  4. Time and length is next, so write in your ending time.
  5. "Appointment title?" Type the reason for this appointment
and press ENTER. If necessary, you can add more notes about this
appointment after you have finished scheduling it.
  6. "Location?" This is not a mandatory field. Either type the
location and press ENTER, or simply press ENTER.
  7. "Recurrence? Press ENTER for once".
  8. "Set an alarm on this appointment? Press Y for Yes, N for
no. If you want to set an alarm, press Y. You will see "Warning
time? Write your time in and press Enter.
  9. "Show time as busy" is next. Generally, I just press
Enter.
  10. "Mark as Private? Press ENTER for No". To mark as
Private, press Y.
  11. "End of List". At this point, to schedule the
appointment, press E chord. You will be prompted, "Schedule this
appointment?" Press Y.
