Hi Rhonda,

Thanks for sending this to me.  I think it was you who said that a reset
would reinstall everything including the manual.  

I tried that and there is still no manual except for the user guide.  But
the manual folder did not return.  Will I need to install this from the
update disk?

The Appendix can be read from the manual in KeySoft.  It cannot 
be read by using the Options, U, and T or I.  It dawned on my 
what you meant finally.
