Actually you would not need to make modifications to the
BrailleNote unit itself to permit it to run on 120 volt 60 Hz or
220 volt 50 Hz power, just replace the AC adapter with one that
can automatically figure out what voltage it is connected to and
automatically adjust itself accordingly.
