Thanks.  Yes, I've got an mPower running 7.0, and not wireless.  I thought
I'd heard someone had a problem with putting the card in the side slot or
that you couldn't, and I wanted to be sure.

If you're  talking about an MPower or 6.1 or later BrailleNote/VoiceNote the
low powered Ethernet card (The one with the cable) must go into the rear
compact flash slot. If you are using a wireless card, it can go into the
rear compact flash slot or with a cradle in the side PCMCIA slot.

Several listers have reported that the reception on a wireless card is
better in the rear compact flash slot.
