Hello Humanware! Are you hearing your customers? Is there anything being done to expedite the delivery of the units that many of us have already paid for months ago? This is really getting out of hand now, and I think those of us who are dealing with this deserve better customer service than we're receiving. Anyway, I hope that the appropriate measures are taken sooner rather than later to ameliorate this problem. And for the rest of us that are still waiting, I guess we'll just have to remain patient and continue to speak out about this. We've paid out entirely to much money to just stand by and allow this to go on and on. Yes, I understand back orders and all, but come on now, when will someone at Humanware step up and do something to fill orders that were placed long ago? Let's hope this happens soon! Isaih
