Sarah.
I don't normally send messages simply saying I agree with what a previous
post said but on this occasion I am.
This list although often quite heavy in traffic is generally a well focused
list and for that reason worth putting up with sifting through lots of
messages.
However surely at the end of the day it's a support/discussion list, and
messages relating to product supply should surely not be posted here.
Whilst it's easy to understand peoples frustration surely the best way to
resolve problems as you rightly say Sarah is to contact the company to whom
one has the problem with not a list such as this.
So like you I would sincerely appreciate messages which cannot generate
productive product related discussion not being posted on this list.
In closing I'd like to thank the many people who I've gained a tremendous
amount of Mpower knowledge from via the list and look forward to lots more
on-track traffic in the future.

Cheers.
Terry Clasper.

You will almost certainly be better served by contacting HW directly. This
list, as you know, generates a lot of traffic, and a personal Email to HW
staff will be seen and dealt with sooner. I'm beginning to dread "new
mPower" messages, as it seems that each one results in the below message,
being sent to the list multiple times. We, as list members, can't help you,
but a letter sent directly to HW staff can.

Hello Humanware! Are you hearing your customers? Is there anything being
done to expedite the delivery of the units that many of us have already paid
for months ago? This is really getting out of hand now, and I think those
of us who are dealing with this deserve better customer service than we're
receiving. Anyway, I hope that the appropriate measures are taken sooner
rather than later to ameliorate this problem. And for the rest of us that
are still waiting, I guess we'll just have to remain patient and continue to
speak out about this. We've paid out entirely to much money to just stand
by and allow this to go on and on. Yes, I understand back orders and all,
but come on now, when will someone at Humanware step up and do something to
fill orders that were placed long ago? Let's hope this happens soon! Isaih
