You have to do a 46 chord on the bt to find and hit enter on the 
accept button before downloading each volume.  Then when you go 
back a page, you're at the accept place again and you have to go 
back another page.  I'm finding that sometimes you're on the page 
with the volumes of the book that you want at this point and 
sometimes you're not, in which case you have to start over.
