When I received my MPower transplant from Humanware the volume in the options 
menu was already set to 5.  

I think they may have set this up in the later transplants but can't be sure of 
that.  

I fully expected it to be set at 3 as has been reported here and was surprised 
when I found it already set at 5.  

My transplant was done around the end of the year.
