Hello Paul and list,
When I am purchasing a piece of equipment and am not sure if it will work on
my unit, I ask the store about their return policy. If they will take it
back if it does not work then I will make the purchase. Otherwise I won't
make the purchase until I check the list for recommendations.

I don't think there is any record of a bn being corrupted by a thumb drive.
The problem is you can't tell how the thumb drive will work until you buy
it
unless you go with one recommended on this list.

Hi List:
Is anyone concerned that all of these thumb drives and external devices
could crash the Mpower? Frankly, my Husband and I have been shying away
from
anything but the 1ongb Cf card and Sd card.
Is there proof that these devices won't corrupt your unit?
You may want to think before buying and trying!!
