Hi Terry:
Spaces won't put you in a new field, but Enters will. However,
if you're looking at writing it in a phone field, those fields
aren't very ofg. If I were going to do something like this, I
would create a Keybase file. You can make any field name you
want. I don't know whether or not you are familiar with setting
those up, but when you create a Keybase file, you'll be asked
what you want to call "field one", and so on, for as many fields
as you want. That may be the solution.

Rhonda;
I mean, write club number
and in another number field write accounting number
I might have to use a dash because I think if I use a space it
will take me to the next field.
Putting in the words defines each phone number since they are not
home, work or cell.
write back.
Thanks.

Hi Terry:
You can put something in the "middle name" field, or the "title
field", or you can create a new database since you have Keybase,
and put in any field name you want. As far as your address book,
there are only spots for three phone numbers, home, business, and
cell phone. If you could remember which one you used for what,
you could do that, but you couldn't change the field name, unless
you wanted it to change for all numbers.

Hi Evveryone;
Along with a phone number, can you put extra words in the field.
I just moved and I want to put in my community and put in club
house and the number and accounting and the number, all under the
community name.
Can I do this or would I have to put it under notes.
Also can I put my condo fee in a field not made for that reason,
such as middle name. I usually use it for telling what kind of
dr or if they are nfb members.
