Hello Rhyonda,

to be truthful, I have been using my Bn M-Power for face-to-face
communication, using a USB keyboard and Palm View.
You can use a Bluetooth keyboard also. If the person goes this
route for ameeting, they don't need the other macine. All they
would do is create a document in Keyword. (If a person is
content to type and not see what he/she is typing, they don't
need the Palm View.)
You can buy the Palm View from Humanware.
Jonathan Mosen can give you more details on that and the
Bluetooth or USB keyboard. However, the latter works fine for
me and is inexpensive. Both keyboard take up little room and
are lightweight.
(I believe the first keyboard metioned is the HP Stowaway
Bluetooth keyboard.)

Yes, you can save this document to a file. You can even copy it
to a CF card.

I hope this helps. It was a big help to me in my pre- and
post-op
meetings with the surgeon and with hospital staff.
KC
