Hi leslie, there is a 7.0 User Guide for BrailleNote PK, which is installed when you perform the upgrade on your device. I think the problem you may be encountering is that we may not have updated the version on HumanWare.com, and I'll investigate this. However, any instructions contained in that version of the User Guide about performing an upgrade are still relevant.
