Not sure what you did, grin, but the same thing seems to happen to me all the time. Hi, Sending a quick question here, as I'm getting ready to leave for the airport. last night, I tried to do another quick sync of my contacts. I knew I'd changed or added a couple in Outlook, and I wanted them updated in the mPower. But for some reason, it went through my whole contacts list, telling me there was a conflict with every record. Then it didn't seem to grab the two new addresses I'd added to Outlook. And afterward, when I went to contacts to manually add the new people to the mPower, I realized I now had two copies of almost every contact in outlook. What on earth did I do? Thanks.
