[Braillenote] help

[precious delight]

I'm getting a "This is not a Recognized Microsoft Word Document" 
and I've been getting them frequently.  Fortunately I've backed 
up my documents but this time I didn't and I'm missing three 
months worth of minutes.  Why is this hppening and what can I do.
