Hi all,
Here's what I did. I will say this several time, guys. You can't
rely on the Braille this time, you have to listen to the speech.
Steps for Downloading from Web Braille
1. I did a reset.
2. I logged into web braille.
3. I chose the Braille Book Review. It refused to go to that page,
locking up.
4. I chose the online catalog. I found my place, found the volume.
I pressed enter.
5. Press space-dots 4-6. This gets you to the accept button.
Either press enter or click one of the cursor routing buttone.
(Note: Two things are happening here simultaneously. The BrailleNote
is asking you for info it needs to download the file, yet the
braille on the display shows the save-as dialog from the web
page itself. I listened to the speech and chose my drive and
my folder and rewrote the filename.)
6. Press enter. I got a bong here, but I decided I would try again,
so I turned off the unit, and restarted it. I pressed enter,
and all was well. You have to listen to the BrailleNote, you
can't rely on the Braille in this case, not good, not good at
all, guys!
However, it does work, with a little persuasion.
