Brian, you are absolutely correct. It doesn't even work well enough if you aren't deaf-blind. You should never have to reset your machine every time you need a book. This is a terrible thing, especially for the deaf-blind community. I pray they get it resolved. You should never have to go by the speech to do something on a BrailleNote product.
