Are you kidding about only once or twice a week? Wow! Mine does
it about ten times per day. I use it about 12 hours a day,
however. I would think your machine is just fine!

I am concerned because my MPower locks up once or twice a week,
which to me is too often! I know no other solution than to use a
stylus and push the reset button. This gets really annoying
because it occurs too often. Has anyone else had this problem?
I wonder if something is wrong with my machine. I'd appreciate
any advice about this! Thank you!
