Keith, When the MPower locks up, it doesn't crash--I don't lose any data.
It just stays in one place--for example, if I'm at the prompt that says,
"main menu" I can't get the machine to go to anything else without resetting
it, even when I push the right keys.

As a prospective Voicenote customer, I'm seriously concerned about this
locking up problem. If I use my Voicenote four or five hours per day,
approximately how many crashes on average can I expect? This
