The reset that you are using, according to Humanware, should only be used as a last resort. This reset, known as a "service reset" is not advisable as a solution for every lock up problem. I recall the late Mr. Jackson stating that it should only be used when recommended by a Humanware technical support specialist. Perhaps that is why it is not an easy command to perform.
