Hi Sharon;
that is as funny as my example of calling for a phone number and when I
repeated it back to the person for accuracy, I recorded myself and there I had
it. No pen, no slate, no paper!
I am actually surprised you could hear it over the phone.

Hi, when I went into hospital I left my Braille note without doing anything
and when I got my parents to bring it into me at the end of the second week
it wouldn't work. But all I had to do was get them to plug it into power
when they got home and do a simple reset and then everything was alright
again. The funny thing was they had to do the reset over the phone because
they couldn't work out what it was saying or doing so I had to listen on the
phone and let them know what was going on.

Good luck,

Subject: [Braillenote] a question about leaving the brailleNote

Hi list, I am going out of town for a few days and I was
wondering what I should do about the bn. I am not taking it with
me since I will be in the woods and it just wouldn't be a good
idea to bring it. My question is should I fully charge the unit
before I leave? I don't know how long is to long to let it sit
without turning it on and doing something with it. I will be
gone for 3 or 4 days I think at the most.
Thanks for any help.
Malaina
