Hi Koji:

Instead of using the wildcard, go to "lookup" like you did. When you are at the "address" list, don't press Enter, just write in the word "Broadway." Press dots 56 chord, and you will see all of the addresses with the word "Broadway".

Subject: [Braillenote] Wild card on the database

Hi,
I set up a database on the PK. One of the fields contains a
street address
such as "800 broadway st". I wanted to look up all the records
that contain
the word broadway on this field. I opened the database, choose
look up,
then arrow to address field and did Space dot 3 5. Then I typed
"broadway"
and pressed enter. It shows all the records on the database
instead of just
the records that contain this word. Is this a bug on the PK or
or am I
doing something wrong? Another friend of mine tried it on his BN
classic
and his worked as expected. Any ideas, guys?

Koji
