 yes, your explanation and steps make sense.  But but it doesn't work for
me. Whenever I use wildcard by doing Chord 35, I get all the records no
matter what I type.  Do you have a PK?  This might be a PK issue.  Thanks
for trying to help me though.

I think I have figured out a solution.  When you get to the "look up
address" prompt, press Enter.  Go down to the "street address" 
prompt.  Don't press Enter.  Press dots 3-5 chord.  You will see "multiple
character wildcard." Write your information, and press Enter.  You will see
the person's last name.  As you press dots
56 chord, you will see all of the last names containing that search you
wanted.  If you have four Broadways, you'll see four last names.  You can
just use the dot 4 chord to scan down to the address, or 56 chord to scan
each name.  Hope this makes sense.
