Ronda san, yes, your explanation and steps make sense. But but it doesn't work for me. Whenever I use wildcard by doing Chord 35, I get all the records no matter what I type. Do you have a PK? This might be a PK issue. Thanks for trying to help me though.

When you get to the "look up address" prompt, press Enter. Go down to the "street address" prompt. Don't press Enter. Press dots 3-5 chord. You will see "multiple character wildcard." Write your information, and press Enter. You will see the person's last name. As you press dots 56 chord, you will see all of the last names containing that search you wanted. If you have four Broadways, you'll see four last names. You can just use the dot 4 chord to scan down to the address, or 56 chord to scan each name. Hope this makes sense. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
