Sharon, what version of Keysoft are you running with the pk? If
you have a 7.0, try the record with C 3 and C 4.

Hello list: My pk is not responding to anything. It is stuck in
the keyword menu. I have tried a reset with button c and d held
down. Could someone please help me. I plugged the adaptor in
and it didn't even say ac adaptor on.
Please help!!!!!!
