Hi Sharon, Did you try a 456 reset? Or, did you try turning off the PK with C1 and C4? To perform the 4 5 6 reset, you would hold down the 4 5 6 keys, and then the C3 and C4, meaning the two control keys on the right side of the PK. To turn off the unit with C1 and C4, you would hold down the right and left most control keys for three seconds or so until the PK beeps and shows off on the Braille display. Hello list: My pk is not responding to anything. It is stuck in the keyword menu. I have tried a reset with button c and d held down. Could someone please help me. I plugged the adaptor in and it didn't even say ac adaptor on. Please help!!!!!!
