I don't have a PK but you can certainly connect the Mpower to the Internet using an Ethernet connection with an Ethernet adapter card that plugs into the unit's Compact Flash card socket. Sorry to hear you got nowhere with tech support. Hopefully one of the people on this list who actually uses a PK will reply to your enquiry with their experience using the PK on the Internet.
