Mary Beth, nice to see you on this list. There are detailed instructions for doing what you want to do in the PK User's Guide, and I'd suggest that you start by going over them if you haven't already done so. When I do what you are asking about, I use Active Sync, and it works quite well, but there are lots of people who don't like using Active Sync. You might also consider getting a wireless card and setting up a wireless system.
