Hello Jonathan and Jim,
Jonathan I think what he is asking is if the problems that
currently exist with the keysoft 7 will be fixed in 7.2 or not.
This has been answered since you said that keysoft 7.01 will be
out around the end of the week. This patch as you said, will fix
the downloading problems as well as the planner problems of
losing alarms when performing a hard reset.

Jim that's correct. As the SMA agreement clearly states, an SMA
covers you
for the release of all major versions of the software. I'm not
clear what

I was actually wondering the same thing. I just purchased my
BrailleNote
mPower a few weeks ago, and was wondering if there was a certain
time
frame,
where a customer is able to purchase their BrailleNote and
receive a SMA
free of charge.
I know that they were doing this with the release of 7.0, so I
was
wondering
if the same is going to be done with 7.2.
