Dear Isiah:

I don't have an answer for your wireless modem question but think
I have an idea for your printer problem.

Sounds to me like the printer and Mpower are not handshaking
properly. That is, the Mpower sees that the printer is ready,
but is not getting a Clear To Send signal from the printer.

Now what to do about it?

Well back in the days of MS-DOS you would get out the printer's
manual and the PC's manual and probably flip a little DIP switch
and it would begin working like a charm.

However your Mpower is running Windows CE and the printer is
configured by software for the most part.

To verify it isn't a printer problem, try connecting a PC to the
printer's USB port and try printing. If it works right, we know
the printer is ok. If it doesn't, we know it is something to do
with the printer and it may be as simple as flipping a little DIP
switch somewhere in the innards of the printer to enable the USB
port and disable the parallel port.

Or you could have a bad USB port on the printer.]

Sorry I don't have a definite answer for you, but sometimes with
these things you have to first narrow down what seems to be wrong
then blast it with the artillery.

Brian
