Hi Everyone, Has anyone tried to pay their Master card bill online using the Braillenote? I've tried and my Braillenote freezes when it gets to the part of the site where I'm supposed to pay. My Braillenote is a BT Classic running KS 6.11. The Web site is mbnanetacess.com
I am able to get logged into the site. I am able to input my email address and soon after that on that same page where the email address is inputed the Braillenote makes a chime noise and freezes. The onlfor way I can restore it is to remove my Etheernet card and reset the unit. I've tried several times with the same results. I've spoken to Humanware tech support someone was going to try the site and get back to me but no one has ever gotten back to me. This was at least two weeks ago. Any suggestions?
