Hi Steve, yes, I find the record button hard to press too! And I've just checked and you shouldn't need to upgrade the EBOOT.bin file when going from 7.0 to 7.01 - the last set of changes made to EBOOT were more for our benefit than yours - we had to change the way checksums were calculated on the image. This won't affect anything to do with the upgrading process, but we sometimes ask for the checksums to see if a unit's Flash might have got messed up. That was why 7.0 had a new EBOOT. So don't worry.
