Hi Lisa,

GIF stands for Graphic Information File. It is basically a picture. It
cannot be displayed on the Braillenote, and even if it could, you
wouldn't be able to make anything out of it without vision.

Subject: [Braillenote] file extensccn gif

Has anyone ever seen the file extension gif after a file name? I got an
attachment in an email from the employer I'm looking at with this
particular extension. I've never heard of this extension. Any ideas?
Can the BN read these particular files? Can they be sent to the ADOBE
email address and put into text files?
Thanks for your time and your assistance.
Lisa
