Hello Kc,
I just looked on the list of compatible products with the mpower, and the kingston 5 gb card is listed.
I don't know why someone would say it is not compatible.
You may need to insert it before turning on the unit, as I do with my 5 gb microdrive from Toshiba.
Hope this helps,
Robert

Hi Diane,
I hope you don't mind my mentioning this to you. (I'm weell
aware that you know a lot more about PC's and BN's than I do!)
However, when I first mentioned the problem with the Kingston
5GB card, I understood Jonathan to say the Kingston 5GB was not
appropriate to use in the M-Power. (If that is true, isn't it
foolish to take a risk and possibly damage the M-Power?)
Would Andrew Riden or Jonathan Mosen please clarify this isse?
(I have explored the idea of giving my Kingston Datapac to a
friend who has a BN Classic. However, I still have files that I
haven' been able to move from the 5GB card.)
KC
