Hi,
I have a strange problem with my flash disk on my Voicenote
mPower BT.
Last week I downloaded thenk.binfile for Keysoft 7,01 onto my
flash disk. However, shortly before the download was completed I
received the following error message: "Failed to downloadnk.bin".
I then downloaded this file to my sd card and installed the
software without a hitch.
I erased the offendingnk.binfile, whose size was 0, from the
flash disk. However, the problem is that the amount of free disk
space on my unit has become decidedly smaller. As a rule, the
least amount of memory I will have left at any one time is around
114 megabytes, but now this amount is anywhere between 73 to 75
megabytes, depending on what I'm doing at the time.
I have tried everything under the sun to straighten this out
but to no avail. I even tried moving all files from the flash
disk onto a compact-flash card, to see if I could get the memory
back to its full capacity, but the most it will get to is 78,31
megabytes.
Apart from this glitch, everything is working as it should be,
but I'm not sure what else to try at this point. I do not have a
PC. I can't believe I was stupid enough not to download the
nk.binfile onto my sd card first, but I wasn't to know I was
going to receive the error message.
The only explanation I can come up with is that part of my
flash disk has corrupted.
I appreciate any assistance you can give me on this.
Regards,
David
