I just looked on my flash disk but there is no "flash disk"
folder. Thanks for the helpful suggestion, though.

David, check to see if you have a duplicate flash disk folder. I
had the
same problem and when HumanWare was at the NFB Convention I asked
them to
look at my BN and that is what they found. Good luck. I have
