Sarah,
Does the word document have some kind of graphics? Or, more specifically,
does a wordpad or something dialog appear when Jen tries to open a
particular document?

Hi Joseph,

This doesn't make sense because I can easily view word 2003 documents on my
M-Power, and I have the same keysoft version (7.0) and word 2003. Something
really doesn't make sense.

Sarah

Jenny,
There are some issues with some word documents. In Windows CE 4.2 (I'm
talking about KeySoft 7.0), the operating system allows you to view Word
2000 to 2003 documents. There is an issue with Word XP and 2003 that
prevents proper reading of documents. In order to overcome this issue, you
must save the document using Word 2000 format, rich text, or plain text
format.

I use 7.0.
