Sarah, Does the word document have some kind of graphics? Or, more specifically, does a wordpad or something dialog appear when Jen tries to open a particular document?

In Windows CE 4.2 (I'm talking about KeySoft 7.0), the operating system allows you to view Word 2000 to 2003 documents. There is an issue with Word XP and 2003 that prevents proper reading of documents.
