I don't think you can compare the commands. It's like comparing dogs and
cats. I requested and received a copy of the BT commands from list members
so I can "translate" between the two. I don't feel unfortunate in having a
QT--I just feel it would be nice if people included both commands in their
step-by-step instructions. I am guilty of only including QT commands and I
am trying to change this habit.

Dogs and cats both walk on four legs and both QT and BT models use commands,
but, like dogs and cats, they are two different species, their keyboards are
different, menus are different and their "personalities" are different.

Subject: [Braillenote] Commands BT=QT

: Is there any where that I can get a list BT commands and their QT
: equivalents? There are many times on this list that instructions are only
: given in BT format. While I may not currently need that information, I do
: like to save things where people give specific steps on how to do
something.
: Unfortunately, I have a QT and have never used an electronic device with a
: braille keyboard so I have no idea what any of the terminology means to
even
: try to figure out the equivalents.
