Hi,
I have one on the flash disk as well.
Its empty so I could delete it without any problem.
I checked the information on both of the folders.
the windows folder on my flash disk was created on January first and
the folder on the keysoft disk was created the day before.

I too will be interested to hear more about this, but from what I
understand, it's not necessary to have a Windows folder on the flash
disk. When I was having a problem a few months back, I was told to
"delete the Windows folder from the flash disk, if there is one". I
don't know under what circumstances there would or wouldn't be one,
but this leads me to believe it's okay if there isn't one.
