John, I also just checked the windows folder on my flash disk. It appeared to be empty, but I wanted to make sure, so I went into directory mode, and to my surprise I found a folder called "sys." I hit enter on the folder, had to hit enter twice, since I was in directory mode. Again, it appeared that there was nothing in the folder, but I got curious, so I had KeySoft show all files including hidden files, and to my surprise there were files, but they were all GPS related files. Some of the files that were in there were: gpsmap.pll, gpstalk.pll, gpstalkobjs.pll, just those three files. So, the only reason that you should have a windows folder on your flash disk is, if you have the Sendero GPS installed on your unit, whether that is a BrailleNote mPower, VoiceNote mPower, or a PK. Otherwise, there should not be any real reason for there to be a windows folder on your flash disk. This windows folder and the files inside do not take up that much room, the three files range from 200 kb to 1000 kb, so in total, they will be about 1.5 mb, which is not a big dent at all in terms of memory, there is nothing to fretz over, so I would just leave it there, since it is not that big of a deal, it won't take up your entire flash disk.
